Shipping

US shipping only for the Winter 2026 line.
Standard — flat $7.95, free on orders over $100.
Every piece is made on demand when you order. Production takes 2–5 business days before it ships. Embroidered items can take a day longer, and items in a bundle may ship separately — you get tracking for every package.
Holiday 2026: order by Wed Dec 9 for standard delivery before Christmas. After that, gift cards are delivered instantly through Dec 24.

Returns

No returns or exchanges for size or color changes. Every piece is printed for you, on demand — check the size guide on each product page before you order.
Misprints, defects, or damage in transit: reprinted or refunded. Report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo to trueartbjj@gmail.com and we make it right.
Wrong item in the box? Same deal — send a photo, we reprint.

Privacy

Your order info (name, email, shipping address) is used only to produce and deliver your order, and to email you the receipt and tracking. We never sell it. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers.
