Oversized heavyweight fit — that's the look. Size down for a classic fit. The size guide on each product page has chest, body, and sleeve measurements laid flat.
Every piece is made on demand when you order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days before it ships. Embroidered items (the beanies) can take a day longer, and items in a bundle may ship separately with tracking for each package.

Wed Dec 9 for standard shipping. After that, gift cards are delivered instantly through Dec 24 — they never miss a deadline.
You (or whoever you're gifting) get a redemption code by email, usually within minutes. Redeem it in the checkout. The code is single-use, so the full amount must be used in one order — the safest play is to pair it with exactly what they want.
Cold hand wash, air dry. Don't iron the embroidery directly.
Misprints, defects, or damage in transit get reprinted or refunded — report within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We can't take returns for size or color changes since every piece is printed on demand.
